THE CHEF

Thanks to his Spanish roots and his family kitchen, Oscar inherited his taste for cooking and the true flavours of the simple recipes of his childhood.

Today, like a musician, the Chef creates, assembles and tunes the local ingredients, like music notes, in his own way.
